StorageSpot+ operated by Enlaze.com, LLC (“StorageSpot+”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of our tenants, website visitors, and other users (“you”, “your”).
By accessing our facility, using our website, or signing a StorageSpot+ Tenant Agreement, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you access our property or services.
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Name
Contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)
Government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, ID number)
Vehicle information (license plate, make, model, color)
Storage unit details (unit number, rental term, rent amount, access level)
Payment information (credit/debit card details, processed via our payment processor)
Authorized contact information (for individuals you add to your account)
Any other information provided during communication with us
We do not require or request a description or inventory of your unit’s contents and generally have no knowledge of what you store unless required by law or incident response.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Access and usage data: dates/times of gate or door access, PIN usage, access logs
Device and log information (website): IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed
Security camera footage: video monitoring of the facility and surrounding areas
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
Create, manage, and administer your tenant account and agreement
Process rent and other payments and maintain billing records
Verify identity and manage facility access (including PINs)
Operate, maintain, and improve safety, security, and functionality of the facility and systems
Communicate with you about your account, invoices, policy changes, and facility information
Respond to questions, requests, and support inquiries
Enforce the Tenant Agreement and Rules & Regulations
Comply with laws, regulations, and legal requests
Protect our rights, property, tenants, and facility security
We will not use your personal information for materially different purposes without notice and, where required, consent.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information:
With service providers (payment processors, IT, security, customer support)
With law enforcement, government authorities, or as required by law
In connection with business transfers (merger, sale, reorganization)
With your explicit consent
4. Payment Information
All payments are made via credit or debit card through your online tenant portal. Card information is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, but may retain limited billing details (e.g., last four digits, expiration date).
5. Security, Video Surveillance, and Facility Access
We use technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your information, including:
Controlled access via personal PINs
24/7 video surveillance
Restricted access to information within our organization/service providers
Cameras, gates, and other security measures are for deterrence and monitoring only and do not guarantee safety or continuous operation. Management does not warrant uninterrupted operation of any system (power, internet, gate, cameras). Storage is at your own risk, as detailed in your Tenant Agreement.
6. Data Retention
Personal information is retained as long as necessary to:
Maintain your account and services
Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Maintain security and access logs
When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable law.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of certain information (subject to legal/contractual obligations)
Object to or restrict certain processing activities

8. Minors’ Data
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly enter into agreements with or collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices, services, or laws. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our facility or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
